The whole story was clearly fabricated. I don't know how much of what I know about it is accurate, but isn't there also 3 minutes of missing footage reported? The guard that was supposedly on duty wasn't even a corrections officer etc. At what point to the American people stop tolerating this bullshit? Especially when a sitting president is railing about not paying attention to it and about it being a "hoax" despite the federal case. I realize this country has poor education standards, but this is just mind-boggling.

Like you Marty, I read through the Inspector General Report and matched up to the 10 hours of video. The beginning of video shows a man being escorted from G Tier to L Tier that all media is saying was Epstein, which I believe to be incorrect. Based on the report, Epstein had tel call in shower room( where is the shower room located?) From 7pm to 7:20pm, so he should have been back in his cell before footage started at 7:40pm. This is backed up by CO Noel statement that she left Epstein at the shower area after his tel call and went to the bathroom. When she returned he was already in his cell. This inmate on tape was being escorted by CO Noel on the CCTV footage. Secondly, the count. CO Noel did make the count starting around 10:30pm. Her count was 73. They just duplicated the same # for 12am count without doing the rounds. The count should have been 72 so there was an extra prisoner in the SHU. This was caught by the Senior Officer in the Control Room who did not follow up on it. It was corrected for the 3am count by the Operations Lieutenant who said that there was a prisoner transfer from the SHU at 12:35 am. I checked the footage and did not see any transfers on tape. My theory is that Epstein was murdered. The murderer was brought into the L Tier during day/evening and sometime after CO Noel transferred the last inmate from laundry to his cell around 10:40pm( probably just before 12 midnight, when inmate 5 says he thought the last count was based on sound or lights or whatever). The murderer left his cell entered Epsteins cell and strangled him. Epstein was sleeping and still had his earphones on head. Based on The Daily News Feb 2021, article Epstein bought former cellmate Efrain "Stone" Reyes contraband drugs to make him sleep. I believe Epstein may have been taking sleeping med too, which seemed to be the case on the first attempt with 1st cellmate, when guards entered his cell he was on the found curled up snoring on the floor and said he didnt remember anything. Anyhow, he was probably sound asleep and unaware that anyone had entered his cell. Was the missing footage that of the transfer of inmate from the SHU stated in report where no footage of the tranfer was recorded on tape?

I do not know whether that man was Epstein. It can neither be proved nor disproved.

There are six common-area showers in that SHU, one at the end of each Tier. I highlighted one of them in my article here: https://martyg.substack.com/p/is-jeffrey-epstein-alive-in-the-witness It is no. 4 in the diagram with numbers. There is another shower directly below it on M Tier and a shower in the same position on the other four tiers.

The four cells on G Tier each have their own showers, too, but it is distinctly unlikely staffers would have put Epstein in any of them either to bathe or make a call.

It is distinctly possible that Epstein waited 20 minutes after his call ended at 7:20 P.M. to be moved back to his cell.

The COs really are that lazy. To move Epstein back to his cell, a C.O. had to get up from the desk, walk over to the Tier, unlock the grill to the tier, walk to the shower, cuff up Epstein through the slot in the door, unlock the shower door, move Epstein out of the shower, re-lock the shower door, walk Epstein off the tier, re-lock the Tier grill, walk Epstein to L Tier, unlock the L Tier's grill, walk Epstein to his cell, unlock Epstein's cell door, put Epstein in the cell, close the cell door, lock the cell door, unlock the slot on Epstein's cell door, uncuff Epstein through the slot, re-lock the slot, walk off the tier, re-lock the tier grill, then walk back to the desk. It's not a lot of work, but it is enough that the C.O. might wait until either regular rounds or for some other task to come up in the same area of the SHU and do both in one trip.

We do not see a lieutenant in the video moving the prisoner who the government claims is Epstein. Lieutenants in the Bureau of Prisons and most other prisons wear white shirts and are often referred to simply as "white shirts" (though captains also wear white shirts and there is a kind of junior lieutenant, too, called a "prime," who also wears a white shirt). The lack of a lieutenant here may be significant. Some prisoners have a status called a "lieutenant hold," which means regular staffers are prohibited from moving them unless and until a lieutenant is present. When El Chapo was at the M.C.C., he was a "three-lieutenant hold," which I had never seen and have never seen since!

If the government says that the man in the video was Epstein, then I think it is fair to ask why he was not a lieutenant hold. And if the government says he was a lieutenant hold, then 1) the man in the video can not have been Epstein and 2) it certainly could have taken 20 minutes to get a lieutenant up to the SHU to move Epstein back to his cell.

As for the 12:35 A.M. transfer, you may have answered one of my questions.

At 7:47:11 P.M., we see what looks like a prisoner transfer from K Tier. The guy is cuffed in front, not in back, and there are three COs. Were he just going somewhere else in the prison he would be cuffed behind his back by policy. They only cuff in front for either 1) medical excuses for prisoners who may not be cuffed behind their backs, e.g., a hurt shoulder; or 2) transfers to other facilities. Even with a facility transfer, though, most of the time SHU prisoners are cuffed behind their backs until they get to receiving and discharge ("R. and D.") and are "hooked up" (shackled, chained and handcuffed) for transport.

This prisoner could have waited hours at R. and D. to actually board transportation out of the facility. Between that and normal paperwork delays, his transfer easily could show in the system as 12:35 A.M.

As for the timing of everything: With ~71 other prisoners in the SHU, it is, in my opinion, unlikely anything happened until the wee hours, like 3:00 to 4:30 A.M. That would have been the time of choice for something foul to go unnoticed.

I was across the hall in G Tier from Epstein's first cellmate the day they brought him into prison. I don't expect you to take my word on this, but my opinion is he is not the type to kill anybody.

I appreciate your time and attention to this issue. I hope I have only encouraged you to keep looking and asking questions.

Thank you so much for your detailed response!! I appreciate the time you took to write back with great information that makes sense-- you answered many of my questions.

There is so much misinformation or incomplete information with mainstream and Utube platforms surrounding the CCTV footage. Now with the new mystery figure assending the stairs at 10:40pm, they are saying this is the killer of Epstein. Today Nancy Grace dropped "Epstein Bombshell" shadowy figure dressed as inmate climbing the stairs to Epstein... I responded that she needs to have you on as a guest.

Also, I have listened to many interviews with Epsteins brother. I think he is nearly there with the information he has that fuels his belief on what happened to his brother. I am forwarding your articles to him as I think he would get so much out of them too.

Thank you again!!!

Your very last point of not interviewing witnesses is a very crucial part that media is not pressuring.

I hope this pot boils and burst out what and who is inside.

The day they reported his "suicide" I knew he was unalived by somebody who wanted him silenced. The only thing that surprised me about the reporting of it was that anyone actually believed it.

Thank you for sharing. As I read your review of the prison- I couldn’t help think of the show ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK. If memory serves, it too centered around the corruption of New York/ east cost prisons β€” and privatizations. I never believed that Epstein ofted himself.
